Jedidiah Liu, CPA, CA

Professionally trained as a CPA, CA in Canada, Jedidiah has been an experienced real estate investor and asset manager in the residential rental market since 2003. She oversees the growth strategy and direction of Cacoeli. Her involvement includes: acquisitions, financing, investor relations and overall asset management.   

From organizing property acquisitions, financing and managing investor expectations, to exiting projects profitably, Jedidiah dedicates her full and undivided attention to each facet of the process with the assistance of the dedicated team at Cacoeli.  

Prior to founding Cacoeli, Jedidiah provided corporate tax consulting while serving in various managerial roles at EY, PwC and Arthur Anderson (now merged with Deloitte).  

In her spare time, Jedidiah enjoys reading and learning about the history of all cultures. When she is not reading or studying, she spends time with her family and friends, and experiments with various ethnic cuisines.   

Chief Operations Officer

Kasey Wong

Kasey is equipped with a plethora of property management skills and experience having overseen rental properties and condominium buildings that typically range from 100-300 suites.  

Since 2003, Kasey has managed over 3,000 units ranging from apartment rental buildings and high-end high-rise condominium buildings, to townhomes and retail condominium plazas.   

During this time, Kasey has worked tirelessly to transform underperforming assets into high-performing ones. From owner-occupied high-end residential units to tenant-occupied mid-market apartment buildings, Kasey has accumulated a wide spectrum of knowledge and expertise in areas such as building structure, elevator modernization, energy retrofit, solar panels and more. 

Before co-establishing Cacoeli, Kasey managed properties for companies such as Brookfield Residential Services, CAPREIT and a few boutique property management firms. 

When not attending to tenant and property responsibilities, Kasey enjoys watching the Toronto Raptors games, playing ultimate frisbee and softball, and partaking in the local restaurant scene.  

Chief Financial Officer

Scott Maenpaa, CPA, CA

Scott joined Cacoeli in March 2020 as Director of Finance and assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer in July 2021. Previously, Scott was a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he provided taxation and advisory services for clients in the real estate industry.

Having spent more than 13 years in progressively senior accounting roles, Scott has amassed a broad range of experience across the real estate investing and development landscape. He also brings a wealth of knowledge in the creation and operation of real estate investment funds and the requisite financial and tax reporting requirements for those funds.   

Scott received his Chartered Professional Accountant designation in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario. 

When not working, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and friends, camping and fishing. 

Investor Relations Coordinator

Natalia Arriola

Natalie received her B.A. from the University of Toronto and has worked in various capacities with real estate development companies.  

Throughout her career, she has been involved in profit and non-profit urban development, with a focus on underutilized space and affordable housing.

At Cacoeli, Natalia manages investor relations, and coordinates and administers internal and external communications between investors, prospective investors and the different constituents involved in our investments 

During her free time, Natalia meditates, does yoga and creates jewelry and collages (amongst several other crafts).

Accountant

Anmol Dhillon

Anmol received her Bachelor of Commerce and MBA in Finance and Accounting in Bangalore, India. She returned to Canada in 2016, where she held accounting positions with a few different companies before joining Cacoeli in Jan 2020.   

Anmol believes in the importance of cash flow and robust financial reporting. Working closely with Cacoeli management, Anmol is primarily responsible for the full accounting cycle and other finance functions. 

In her spare time, Anmol likes to sing, dance and sketch. She also has a knack for assembling jigsaw puzzles.

Property Administrator & Resident Relationship Coordinator

Carolyn Humphries

After completing college, Carolyn worked as an assistant at several prominent hospitals in Toronto. She subsequently ran a successful medical transcription business for 23 years with clients such as Sunnybrook Hospital.

In her role with Cacoeli, Carolyn coordinates with superintendents and works closely with tenants to ensure their experience with our properties is an enjoyable one. In addition, she regularly collaborates with Property Managers to address any issues at the property level and build and improve upon the resident onboarding and retention processes.

In her free time, Carolyn loves to spend time with family and friends and enjoys traveling and a number of hobbies.

Susan Bisaillon

Susan Bisaillon is a healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in academic and large community healthcare organizations as well as the community. She has expertise in leading health system transformation and providing a coordinated approach across systems to improve organizational effectiveness. As a healthcare leader, Susan has overseen operations in various clinical programs, patient flow, infection prevention and control and implementation of strategic priorities associated with a hospital merger. Currently, she is Chief Executive Officer at The Safehaven Project for Community living in Toronto.

As a healthcare leader, Susan is recognized for her strategic and operational experience, focus on quality and leading system change. Prior to Safehaven, she was Chief Operating Officer at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital. At Trillium Health Partners she was Associate Vice President, Operational Coordination and pre-merger at Trillium Health Centre held the positions of Executive Director of Clinical Operations and Director of Neuroscience / Musculoskeletal Health System and Complex Care. At the University Health Network she assumed several leadership positions including Clinical Educator in Critical Care, Clinical Nurse Specialist in Cardiology, and Nurse Manager for the Coronary Intensive Care Unit and Cardiac Catheterization Labs in the Peter Munk Cardiac Program.

Susan holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Nursing from Memorial University in Newfoundland, and a Registered Nursing diploma from Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook, Newfoundland. Susan is a surveyor with Accreditation Canada and Accreditation Canada International.
